Overview
This practical 2-day course uses case studies and examples to examine each stage of an employment tribunal claim, from receipt of the application to the hearing. It includes the very latest changes to tribunal rules and will help participants to identify those cases to defend and those to settle, and build confidence to represent their own organisation or be an effective witness.
