The content of this course is based on the combination of two industry leading architecture frameworks: The TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and the NGOSS (New Generation Operations Systems and Software)

This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the following concepts:
- Introduction and insight into the TOGAF and NGOSS frameworks
- Overview of the three main parts of TOGAF (the ADM, the Enterprise Continuum, the Resource Base)
- Overview of the four NGOSS frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM, TNA)
- Overview of synergies between the two models
- Introduction to a new methodology to leverage both frameworks from an Enterprise Architecture and a Solutions Architecture perspective
- Presentation of the structure and key architecture aspects of TOGAF ADM methodology
- How to apply the two combined frameworks through an efficient methodology to ensure both high quality results and a cost effective design
- Defining an Enterprise Architecture with TOGAF leveraging NGOSS
- Defining a Solutions Architecture with NGOSS leveraging TOGAF
