There are many situations where individuals need to think fast and 'get their ideas across' - in the boardroom, in management meetings, during sales or technical presentations, via e-mails, voicemails, videoconferences, and in all situations which require clear and agile thinking. This course gives participants ways to structure their thought processes and handle difficult situations.
